Open two putty containers from GDG.

Select appropriate dental impression tray size which is completely fitting to your mouth.

Try the triple tray inside your mouth, learning the way how to get the tray between your teeth in correct position according the orientation on the tray for top and bottom.

Take white and blue putty in different hands.

Heat the putty in your hands so that you can easily get the shape of a sausage out of them.

Mix 2 putty boxes to 1 using your hands for 1 min intensivly to get a gomogenic condition paste.

Quickly divide into two equal parts and form sausages.

Bend the “putty sausages” so they look like a horseshoe.

Loaded the tray on a top and bottom (side view).

Loaded the tray on a top and bottom (front view).

Place the tray to your mouth, retracting a cheeks. Close your teeth in regular position for 4 minutes. Make little massaging movements by your fingers and a your tongue to make sure that impression material has spread around your teeth.

After 4 minutes remove the dental impression tray from your mouth.
