Q: How long should I wear the bleaching trays?
A: We recommend wearing the trays for 15-25 minutes daily, depending on the strength of the whitening gel used. Follow the instructions provided with your gel.

A: Yes, you may consider using a lower concentration gel or special desensitizing products.
Q: What is a retainer and when should I wear one?

Q: How do I send my impressions back?
A: Once you have successfully taken your impressions:
   - **Allow to Set:** Let the impressions sit for a few minutes to ensure they are firm.
   - **Package Safely:** Place the impressions back into the provided packaging, ensuring they are secure and protected.
   - **Use the Shipping Label:** If your kit came with a prepaid shipping label, simply attach it to the package. If not, choose a reliable shipping method that offers tracking.

A: Once we receive your impressions, our lab will process them within 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email once your custom products are ready to be shipped.

Q: Can I track my order once it’s shipped?
